This store is operated by SnapMat. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SnapMat, and "you" refers to the customer.
2. Pre-Orders
SnapMat is currently sold as a pre-order. When you place a pre-order you are reserving a unit from an upcoming production run, and payment is taken at the time of order. The product is custom-manufactured and is not in stock at the time of purchase.
Estimated shipping timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot meet the stated timeframe we will notify you and offer you the choice of a revised date or a full refund. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
3. Product Description and Appearance
SnapMat is a novelty decorative doormat. It is made entirely of soft moulded rubber. It contains no metal, has no moving parts, and no mechanism. It does not open, close, snap or trigger. It is not a functioning trap.
Product images include computer-generated renderings. We work hard to represent the product accurately, but minor variation in colour, finish and texture between the images and the manufactured item is normal. If the product you receive is not what you expected, our 30-day refund guarantee applies.
4. Intended Use
SnapMat is sold as a decorative and novelty item. You are responsible for placing it sensibly. As with any doormat, do not place it where it creates a trip hazard, and take normal care around children, elderly visitors and anyone with mobility or visual impairment.
We are not responsible for how the product is used once delivered, including its use in pranks, filmed content, or any situation where a third party reacts to it.
5. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping within the United States. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item has been mispriced, or where we are unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
7. Accuracy of Your Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the SnapMat name, logo, product design, photographs and video, is our property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
